Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage

• We are seeking an highly motivated, results-driven individual who wishes to make a mark in hospitality.

Are you curious, ambitious, but still keen to learn, enjoy responsibility and problem solving, want to be a host and lead a quality team?

This position is resident at the hotel, acting on behalf of the General Manager and taking responsibility for the hotel at night. It also drives the busy Food & Beverage team which is 50% of the business sales.

Maitre'd - Te Weka a la carte restaurant

• 6 month position - October to April
  

  Te Weka Restaurant is our quality dining restaurant featuring seafood. Guests range from couple enjoying a romantic dinner through to groups of walkers on a package with a table d'hote menu. This is a key role in delivering quality of service to our guests. You report to our Restaurant and Bar Manager and are a key person in our F&B team.
